I have very high standards for quality in my products and services. I also understand that sometimes these may not always meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with any of my products or services, please do not hesitate to contact me directly through my contact page. Make sure to describe the problem in great detail and provide pictures so I can fix it as best I can.

Original Pieces: 100% refund if returned. Make sure to contact me first.

Prints: Free replacement. I print and dropship through another company. They will be notified of the issue, and I will personally ensure that you receive a free replacement. Make sure to contact me.

Commissions: 50% refund. I take the time to communicate with you thoroughly throughout the commission process. You will receive proof of work and quality before the piece is given/sent to you. If you are unsatisfied with your piece, please reach out to me again, and we will resolve the issue.
